Pre-Work Card, a fail program?

    The Indonesian Government just launched the Pre-Work Card. This is a program to train working skills for Indonesian youth, especially those with no-educational background. The Indonesian Government wants the youngster to be well-skilled to enter the working industry. To improve the quality of human resources, they give a free-training course for those still looking for a job rather than provide them with fresh money. 

    Other than that, this program also can be used for those who already have a job and want to train more of their specific skills. However, there's a selection test. The selection test is required to know how ready they are for work. Before further going to the test they should register themself at https://dashboard.prakerja.go.id/daftar first. After creating an account and verifying the email, they have to fill in their personal data such as name, ID number,  date of birth, etc. 

    Pre-Work Card is good for people who aimed for a job. Instead of taking a "gambling" work system, The Indonesian Government focuses on making them not a no-skills worker. On the other hand, the Pre-Work Card is very useful for the company to get quality resources. Furthermore, Indonesian workers can have various master skills to create quality output not just for the company's welfare, but also for Indonesia's economic welfare.
